What Causes Recurring Prostatitis And Erectile Dysfunction?

I've been having reoccurring prostatitis and notice a numb feeling in my penis. I also noticed a ringing (vibration) in my crotch area as if my phone was on vibrate in my pants. I've also had problems with my erections to the point of no erections. I've been taking viagra and still no erections. What could be going on with me?
