What Causes Recurring Radiating Pain From Collar Bone To Upper Arm?

Thanks, I m experiencing sudden pain in my right collar bone moving into the upper arm, with slight upper back pain that comes and goes. The pain is moderate to sever. It s been going in now for about an hour, I started sweating also, but that s not new for me being a 46 ur. Old female

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to muscular spasm if the pain is severe one then it need to be treated with parental therapy with resting of arm in sling, else "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" can be tried, try to maintain good posture this is very important, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
