General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Pimple-like hard and painful bumbs or rashes on skin suggest a skin infection. It sounds like a bacterial skin infection most of which are caused by staphylococcus. I suggest you get pain/antiinflammatory medication like ibuprofen, wash the lesions once or twice daily with an antiseptic solution like cyteal or dermobacter. You will need to see a Doctor if the bumbs keep appearing as you may need a penicillin group of antibiotics like cloxacillin for 7 days if the lesions are suggestive of cutaneous staphylococcal infections.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
