Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurring red rashes despite taking Cellcept and Omnacortil. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , side effect , sensitivity to sunlight , eczema , bug bites , psoriasis , chicken pox or scarlet fever . Sometimes rashes occur due to infection like fungal , viral or bacterial infection which respond less to drugs like immunosuppressants and prednisone as you already taking . So i would suggest you to consult dermatologist again and get it checked properly . Doctor may order blood test , skin patch test and allergy test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics according to diagnosis . For now apply cold compresses to rashes , prevent the skin from direct sunlight and continue taking prescribed medicine .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
