What Causes Recurring Red Rashes Under Right Breast?

I have a recurring rash just under my right breast. Last time it spread to a large part of my stomach area and legs. My local doc put me on steroids, that cleared it up but now it has returned to the same area where my bra hits just under the right breast. The rash is red, itchy and does not have pustules. Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thank you,Mary YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
From history it seems that this rash might be due to yeast infection and more likely due to synthetic bra you are wearing.
Wear loose bra and avoid more tight bra.
Apply triple action cream.
Avoid more perspiration on the site.
Ok and take care.
