What Causes Recurring Seizure?

Hi! my brother is having some sort of seizures and we have been to 10 diffrent doctors and they can not help he has Autism and Asbergers when he has the Seizures he will Gasp for breath and when you try to talk to him he talks like a baby (he is 22) and grips onto your hands and he looks scared he hit his head last year but the docs didnt even check it out. do you think maybe something cracked in his head? and they are not finding it?
