What Causes Recurring Sense Of Tightness In The Chest?

I have been to er twice both times ekg was normal as well as blood tests..it was within a months time over the month I still get chest tightness which scares me to the point I start getting light headed..but seems when im occupied it isn't there...is it possible it is my heart

age? any risk factors for heart disease like high blood pressure, smoking, family history, Diabetes.
chest heaviness can be due to cardiac problems or acidity problems. still we should rule out heart disease. ecg can b normal many times. so next step is stress test or treadmill test which will clear the doubt. keep tab sorbitrate 5 mg in your pocket and keep it sublingual when heaviness is there.
