Pt is having sporadic sharp abdominal pains to point of passing out. Had fallen earlier and hit head and was complaining of abdomen pain about 30 minutes later. Passed out about 2 hours after fall and was taken to ER who states was only vasavagal response. Now, 8 hours after initial fall pains continue and passed out again.

Hello,

Do an ultrasound abdomen and find out where the fault lies. If possible CT is way way better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Harshita, Ophthalmologist
