What Causes Recurring Severe Pain In Right Side Of Back?

hi, well pulling a tshirt over my head on saturday i got a sudden pain in my back and could barely breathe (it felt like i had been winded) and i had to lie down. the pain is to the right hand side in the middle of my back. it still hurts now (2 days later) and hurts mostly when i twist my body

Most likely the pain is caused by some muscle which has been strained. Especially that the pain is present only when you move to particular direction.
Hot bath and ibuprophen should help with the pain. Massage is also a good idea. Symptoms should go away in a week or so.
