What Causes Recurring Sharp Pain In Hips?

I have a recurring issue with my lower. I get a sharp pain and then one of my hips is higher than the other. My mobility is usually seriously restricted after this happens, I have a lot of trouble bending over. Even after I recover from these incidents, leaning forward, even over the sink and bending down can be very difficult.

Hi, as per your symptoms, it seems you have some problem of nerve compression. It would be better to go for a MRI examination of lumbosacral spine to rule out any disc abnormality. It is better to start yoga exercises to relieve back.
