What Causes Recurring Sharp Pain In The Left Side Of Pelvic Area?

Pain lower left side of my pelvic area. Comes and goes, but when it comes it s very sharp and painful. Happens different times of the day, can be while I workout, sitting at my desk, sleeping or driving. Used to be every couple of day and now it s a few times daily. Seems around the left ovary, but can be intestine or bladder, I guess. No pain urinating or blood in stool..

it seems like PID
*you can go through ultrasound
* you can take doxycycline (100mg) twice a day for five days
*you take antispasmodic when there is severe pain
* there any whitish discharge from vagina is not mentioned
*consult after ultrasound report come
