What Causes Recurring Shivers In Hands And Legs?

Hello doc,

I am 29 yrs of age , banker by profession, recently married, not addicted to anything.

i am feeling jerks and shivering shoulders and legs since last two years.

When i am very busy i cant feel it but as soon i am in relaxed position my pam, hand , elbow, shoulders starts shivering. my legs shiver and my jerks frequently. I can seen my hand and leg shivering in idle position.
