What Causes Recurring Sore Throat, Runny Nose And Fever?

Hi I am a 29 yera old male and i have recurring sore throat, running nose and mild fever. I get these same sysmptoms twice a year. Earlier I use to take antibiotics but lately for last 2 years I have not take any antibiotics as I think it would affect my immune system. Usually if I take plenty of rest, liquid diet I recover after 4-5 days or max upto a week. I dont understand why thsi keeps coming again and again during weather change, what can i do to stop from not getting sick.. I am on a godo nutritious diet

Hello,

It may be due to recurrent throat infection.

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, throat swab after physician consultation.

Till then continue Saline or Betadine gargles twice a day.

Continue steam inhalation.

For fever you can tablet acetaminophen and tab levocetrizine
