1 month ago I had strep and was given a 5 day course of antibiotic, strep was gone for 3 days then a few weeks laterwas diagnosed with s Strep again. That time was given a penicillin shot, now it being almost 2 weeks later sore throat and tounge and throat have come back, but I dont feel sick and have no fever, im just curious as to what else it could be?

If you do not have any symptoms you can be under observation and the further course taken the moment the symptoms appear. Prevention is better than cure. See that you meet the minimum of people. Keep away from crowded places and from those who are having any nose or throat problems. Your present problem is called a chronic pharyngitis and needs further investigations of blood including that for sugar to rule out any abnormality.
