What Causes Recurring Soreness And Pain In Body, Welts On Buttocks And Breathlessness?

Once every month or so I wake up feeling achy, whoozy, sore all over, with shortness of breath and welts all over my buttocks. I am 65 years old and had both hips replaced a few years ago. I told my doctor and he just gave me some antibiotics. The strange part is, it seems to disappear in a couple of days without treatment, but when it happens, I feel like I m going to fall down and die!

Hello Dr Faisal here,
I have read and understood your query, It sounds like an allergic reaction to somethings which you are using infrequently perhaps. this may be some new soap shampoo lotion or some drug.feeling of falling means a low bp(woozy) and shortness of breath,welts over buttocks, both are signs related to allergy.try to identify the allergen and meanwhile use anti allergic,if that is of any help.
