What Causes Recurring Spasms In The Neck, Vertigo And Loss Of Focus In The Vision?

Every day I, without warning, I get a pressure/spasm in my neck and feel a pressure behind my eyes and spend a couple of minutes in strong vertigo. My eyes get out of focus, like a cross eyed, and the world gets out of alignment and most times spins . For over 12 years, I went a chiropractor and got neck manipulations, that would work great. 2 years ago, had surgery for prostate cancer and after spending months recuperating from that, never went to a chiropractor again. Maybe I need to go back to a chiropractor.

Hello,

If symptoms persist, bettet to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
