What Causes Recurring Spotting During 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

HI I went for an ultrasound today and they found that I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. They told me the baby sac is quite low and that the heartbeat was low at 80 (??) I have been spotting/bleeding a bit on and off so I just wanted to know whether this means I will have a miscarriage

There could be lot of changes yet to be happened because this is just 6 weeks and long way to go, so finding of ultrasonography as long as the position of head is concern nothing to worry, but of course bleeding need to be taken seriously hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
