What Causes Recurring Stomach Pain With Digestion Problem?

I used to have severe pain sometimes in my stomach.... Doctor prescribed Normaxin twice a day...It all got cured.. but I again started to delay taking breakfast...and now i sometimes have severe pain...and the food i am intaking is excreated out... having prblem in digestion

I read your query carefully.
According to details it seems to be a gastric issue which is related with indigestion. you have to improve some dietry habits and adopt some life style modification along with medication otherwise it will get worse.
If i will be your treating Doctor I will prescribe you following!
1- Do not drink too much water with meals.
2- Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
3- Do not eat too much at a time, take small meals at regular intervals.
4- Avoid spicy, fried, and fast food.
5- Quit smoking and do not take caffiene,alcohol or chocolates.
6- Take your dinner atleast 2 hours before bed time.
7- Keep your head end elevated atleast 6 inches than foot end,while sleeping.
8- Take antacid after every meal.
9- Take Omeprazole or esomeprazole 40mg 1 hour before meal once a day for 1 week.
10- Go for walk regularly.
11- Take healthy balanced diet.
