General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
The pain in abdomen from left to right and repeated visits to the hospital indicate you have to undergo proper clinical examination by a General / Gastro Surgeon and undergo following investigations.
Blood- complete blood picture, kidney functions tests, blood sugar fasting and post-lunch,
Urine- routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity ( before start of antibiotic)
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Enteroclysis to decide whether you have intestinal Obstruction.
Undergo surgery to get the problem corrected.
