How sever your pain is? Is there any allergic conditions that bothers you? What was the clinical diagnosis by ENT specialist? How about your teeth? There are so many causes, can't say specific cause. General advise: 1. Avoid allergens and allergic conditions 2. Use face mask if you are allergic to dusts and some atmospheric conditions 3. Avoid spicy and chilled foods and beverages 4. Clear throat frequently and esp after food with antiseptic gargles 5. Drink water at least a glassful every hour or so 6. Observe strict oral and food hygiene Next step is to consult a doctor.
