What Causes Recurring Tonsils Inpite Of Taking Benzathine Pencillin?

Hi Doctor, I face tonsils problem every month from last 5 years, doctor advised me to take azithromicine but after complete once month again having tonsils problem , now i am taking benzathine penicillin. But from last two days again facing problem please help

Welcome to the HCM.
Dear if you get fever also recurrently then I would suggest blood culture and swab culture to know the more senstive antibiotics so it can be treated accordingly.And you may also take an opinion from general surgeon to discuss about if you need tonslectomy.
