What Causes Recurring Tremors And Stiffness In Limbs?

My son is displaying seizure like activity, one neurologist said it is PKD and another said that it is Tourettes. He is having uncontrollable twitches and stiffening of his limbs in a clonic like motion. I have his episodes filmed but it is occurring at least 60 times a day. Trileptal seems to ease up the twitches but he s only getting 150mg per day, he weighs 22.1kg. The other neurologist prescribed Tenex, which i am unsure of giving. Neither one of these doctors REALLY looked at him or ordered any testing.

Hello,

It can be behavioural abnormality and requires cognitive therapy with antipsychotic drugs. Kindly see a neurologist and a psychologist for same.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
