What Causes Recurring Vomiting, Diarrhea And Stomach Pain In A Child?
Daughter age 7 has vomited since Friday. Although it seems to be getting less than the day before. She still has off and on stomach pain. Diaherria yesterday. Only vomited one time today. Symptoms came same day as fall in which someone fell on leg while playing. Any idea if this could be related or perhaps caught an infection from play area?

I don't think this is related to the fall, injury. I believe it can be related to eating any rotten food. Taking count that she is getting better she may not require further treatment.
