What Causes Recurring Whooshing Sound In Ear With Stuffiness?

Hi, I m a 19 year old girl. Just to give a background : because of overuse of qtips, I had twice developed an infection in my right ear which got cured completely both times. This was in Jan 2016. But a few days ago, I started feeling like wind is blowing in my right ear, and the sensation came and went. Then 2 days ago, it happened again and then I started feeling my pulse in that ear. Now it feels a little stuffy . Since yesterday, my throat is dry and I have pain under my ear on the right side of the neck. What could it be?

eg:we must do otoscope examination to exclude drum opinion and take antibiotic analgesic and antibiotic drops in ear if drum intact
