What Causes Recurring Yeast Infection?

I have had something like a yeast infection for way over a year it s never gotten completely better except when I was in the hospital for gallbladder surgery and was on I v antibiotics then after being out of the hospital for like three days it came back again please help

I want to ask you some questions
-Do you have any chronic illness like diabetes ?
-Do you take any medications like hormonal contraceptive ,corticosteroid?
-what about your diet ?
-unhealthy food ,sugar increase will increase susceptibility to chronic yeast infection
-prolonged use of antibiotics can cause chronic yeast infection
-if there is an increase in weight or not,obesity provides more areas of moisture and warmt
**You can start treatment with
-fluconazole cap ,weekly for 6 months
-Include probiotic foods in your diet like yogurt, cheese
- taking a probiotic capsule or tablet each day until the yeast infection clears up(Avoid eating sugary foods while you take probiotics)
-Avoid eating sugary foods while you take probiotics
