What Causes Recurring Yeast Infections?

I am 20 years old, I am a female. Lately I have been getting a lot of yeast infections and I was never prone to them. They started a few months ago and ever since they keep coming back. Its more pressure and it hurts to put a tampon in or have sex.

Hi,
You might require one course of anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks to have complete cure.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Important is to keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Keep local hygiene proper particularly during and after period.
