Hello and welcome to HCM,
White thick discharge from vagina suggests pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
Development of red dots on the penis ais also suggestive of infective pathology.
There is possibility of sexually transmitted disease.
Infective pathology in one partner will lead to transmission to their partners.
Thus, I suggest you and partner to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.
Till the time the infection treated, you and partner should practice only protected sex.

Thanks and take care
