What Causes Red And Itchy Rash Beneath Chest While Sweating?

I have a red rash beneath my chest that itches. It gets worse when I sweat. I contracted this rash from a woman that has the same rash beneath her breasts. We are both in our 40s. My rash is mainly on my breast bone and beneath one chest muscle. Red itchy bumps that does fade away when sweating is minimal.

Probably this indicates superficial candidiasis.
Just keep the clean and dry .
Also get it examined by your doctor for assessment of need for antifungal treatment.
