Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain it seems that the red blotches are due to allergic reaction to some medicine or food or something else and they appear when you are exposed to the allergen..
The swollen tongue also occurs commonly due to allergic reaction..

Nothing to worry consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case if allergic reaction is suspected then a blood test can be done for confirmation and once the allergen is identified preventing exposure is the best way to prevent allergic reaction..

But in case if you are accidentally exposed to allergen then you can take anti allergic medication like Cetrizine or Fexofenadine[allegra]

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
