What Causes Red And Raised Marks Near Abdomen?

Hi, I have these marks near my abdomen (both sides of bellybutton and also around pantline) which are slightly raised, reddish, and look like stretch marks, but dont cluster or form in the same way. They ve they ve there (and have been raised) for months now. Should I be worried? A few white ones exist a little lower too. I m in my early twenties and have gained weight over the past year so it could be related but I m just wondering if there s a chance they re anything else?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the red and raised marks near abdomen do indicate excess fat deposition and secondary digestion via body hormones. It is the basic control of obesity and maintenace of BMI below 25, which will solve the issue for permanent basis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
