What Causes Red And Raised Rash On The Inside Of Buttocks?

Hello, I have a small rash that is 8-10mm in diameter, it is isolated, raised and red on the inside of the buttocks near my tailbone. I have not experienced any itchiness, tingling, or flu like symptoms and I have been sexually active over the last two months. I noticed the rash 48hrs ago and I am concerned it is my first herpes outbreak. Is there anyway someone online can help me relieve some of the anxiety? There are no bumps, ulcers, blisters, and no pain or discomfort in the area.

The symptoms you had mentioned are mostly suggestive of fungal infection. For treatment you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or ampoxin after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching and redness. You can use betnovate-c cream or candid-b powder for local application.
