What Causes Red And Sore Area Between Pelvis And Leg On Touching?

The skin between my pelvis and leg (upper, inner thigh) is somewhat red/sore but only when i run my finger over it. On both sides, its a little moist, not really pus though. It s not rashy, it s just a little moist and the moisture in is bad smelling. Everything I have read points to a rash, but again, its not a rash and it s not really painful, its just a little red and a little sore when I run my finger over the area. What could this be? I am a female.

sweat accumulated there causes intertrigo
you must dry there after washing properly.
regular maintain personal hyegiene.
Apply antifungal powder regularly.
