What Causes Red And Swollen Abscess Under The Arm?

Does Vicks help bring carbuncles to a head? I had three under my left arm then two of them joined to make one and are both red and swollen
one started draining three days ago then stopped....nothing since? Please help. I would like it to drain naturally
