General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

When playing or exercising, the sweat glands increase sweating. Sometimes, they might become blocked or inflammed explaining the redness and hot you feel.

I advise to use antiperspirant deodorant, and body wash each time you go to exercise. Drink plenty of water.
Apply antiseptic lotion locally on the red and hot bumps.

If it will persist, should consult with dermatologist as might need prescription meds.
Hope this helps.
