What Causes Red Area Under Both The Eyes?

I am 49 years old, male, have well defined red area under both eyes, relativly uniform. there is almost a perfect line between the red and where the color of skin is normal. it is worse in the morning i think, and sometimes i wake with beet colored redness around my eyes. sometimes my eyes feel really dry, and itch, but my vision is good, at least most of the time when my eyes arnt so dry. Ive tried creams, hot compresses, sleeping propped up, I am also sleepy at imes during the day. I dont know if this is realated at all. Thank you

two things are coming up from your history.; you are having dry eye and allergy. for dry eye you can use refresh eye tear eye drop, and for allergy you can have levocetrozine5 mg tablet and apply cromal eye drop 3times daily. with this treatment you should improve from all of your problem.
