What Causes Red Area Underneath Nipple On Breast During Pregnancy?

Hi! I m 2 months pregnant and noticed a bright red area with what looks like a spider bite on it underneath my nipple on my breast. I dont recall being bit last night but its very painful. Could it have anything to do with my pregnancy? should i be worried????????

Please do not worry.
Manya time, as effect of pregnancy , breasts start enlarging and skin over it starts getting stretched.Sometimes the skin cracks, and it might hurt you.
I will suggest use of ALOE VERA gel, or any moisturizing cream. Use of antiseptic ointment will be of help.
For pain relief Tab CALPOL 500mg can be taken as needed.
