What Causes Red Blood In Stool After Having Incisional Hernia Repair?
Hi, I had an incisional hernia repair a week ago, and tonight I have discovered quite a bit of blood in my stool, a bright red. I am not really in that much pain, but the pain that I have at all in my abdomen I attribute to the laproscopic repair... I am feeling nervous, should I be worried?

I really appreciate your concern, repair of hernia and blood stain stool may not be related and these could be some separate conditions just wait for some time if still its blood stain stool then it may need some investigation but most of the time it would be fine, no need to worry about it, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
