What Causes Red Blotches On Face When Diagnosed With Type2 Diabetes?

I have these red blotches on my face. I put Ketoconazole on them and they go away, but now are back. It started out with one, turned into 2 and is now 4 blotches. I am type 2 diabetic, and I know that a lot of what happens to me, but I want to know if this is something to worry about

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be due to diabetes and it may be due uncontrolled diabetes so first thing you need to do is to control the blood sugar level and it will be fine soon till then "Diphenhydramine lotion" can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
