What Causes Red Blotches?
My husband has this large red blotch on his left shoulder and he has had it for some time now and now he has noticed that the red blotches are on the right shoulder and I looked closely at his back of his neck and he has a few small areas the same way. What could this be and what can he do to get rid of them?
