What Causes Red Blotchy Spots And Visible Veins All Over The Body?

I have these uneven faint different sized red blotchy spots that show up mostly on my arms and legs. They show up after a shower, hot days etc... More like what ring worm looks like only all over and not raised, bumpy or itchy. My veins also show all over. I have been tested for anemia, thyroid conditions and diabetes a lot, a lot. Fatigue is a problem for me, always seem to be tired. Can't seem to find a picture online that matches me. Is there anything else I can ask the doctors to look at?
