What Causes Red Blotchy Spots On The Head Of The Penis?

Hello I have noticed over the last 4 days that after sex I have red blotchy spots on the head of my penis, it does not hurt there is no puss nothing like that what so ever, I have had thrush in the past and I think I know it isn t that some one help me!

Hi,

Yes, it is a STD and most probably it is haemophilus ducreyi. Get treatment done. Take Azithromycin for 3 days or Doxycycline for 7 days.
