What Causes Red Bruise On The Shin With Small Bumps?

Hi got a red bruise like mark on my shin there are to little red bumbs to just to the side thay are not tp pain full thay seem to get more red at the end off the day I had the same markes last year went to the doc and thay said thay dont know what it is

Hi.
As per your case history you are having pigmented purpuric dermatosis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid standing for long periods of time and keep pillows below legs while sleeping.
2. Apply a calcium dobisilate cream like Osil cream twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral calcium dobisilate, multivitamins, topical steroid cream given only after consulting a dermatologist.
