What Causes Red Bump On Back And Thigh?

Hi my 15 month old woke up with a red bump on his back and one on his thigh and they both hav a tiny black dot in the center. One bump popped and a little black grain came out but the spot return and the bump is slightly hard but now the middle resembles a flat mole!!! Wat could they be please help??? Thank you in advance:)
