What Causes Red Bump On Penis Skin After Having Sex?

Hi Doctor. I having a question that I can't wait to go see doctor on Monday. My husband told me he had a red bump that look like a blister on skin of his penis. He say kinda smell fishy and he urinating color like pink redish(blood?) he say this happen two days ago after we having sex. I don't know what to do for him. And I usually know what women need check Pap smear to know what going on. So, what kind doctor I look for my husband to find out? I believe it not Pap smear for him. Please help and advice. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, for exact advise your husband may need clinical examination, this could be infective boil only, no need to think about the pap smear, but better to see the urologist for your husband, hope this information helps, take care.
