What Causes Red Bump Right Under My Nose?

I woke up this morning with a red bump right under my nose, today it has progressed to having little plus filled blisters! It kind of itches but is not bothersome at all! I don t have a fever or am sick! I have had this happen one time before about a year ago in the same exact place! 2 days ago my allergies were extremely bad and I was sneezing and my nose was running... Please help, I don t know if this is hsv1 or maybe impetigo My mom says its a cold sore

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of waking up with red bump under the nose and has now blisters, it itches without any fever.
You had it the similar one 1 year before at the same place.

This indicates this is herpes simplex that is HSV 1 and occurs whenever your immunity goes down, as of today as exhibited as sneezing and running nose , may be flu.
Take rest.
Take warm fluids
Take antihistamines and Paracetamol for symptomatic relief and anti-oxidants for good recovery.
