What Causes Red Bumps Around Nostrils, Mouth And Cheek Of Child?

Hi,My daughter, who is 7 yrs old, has some small red bumps around the nostril area and a couple of single bigger bumps that look like pimples around her mouth and nose area. She also has a cluster of small bumps that resemble a line that is about 2 inches long and a quarter inch wide on her cheek. Do you know what kind of rash this could be?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain red bumps around the mouth, nostrils and cheek seems to be due to a few conditions like baby pimples, allergic reaction to any toothpaste, food or medicine, roseca, eczema, hand, foot and mouth disease etc..
You should consult a Paediatrician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly
As of now you can apply calamine lotion in case if there is irritation or discomfort..
Do cool compresses over the bumps..
In case if there is itching also present you can give benadryl.
Once the cause gets confirmed then only a proper treatment can be planned..
