I have this group of red bumps on my inner buttocks, right on the crease. I tought they were in grown hair and when i aqueezed them and blood comes out and they became a darker red. They have been there for months and have been getting worse. What is this?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red bumps around the inner buttocks . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like herpes , folliculitis , psoriasis , fungal infection or syphilis . I would suggest you to wear loose cloths , keep this area dry , maintain proper personal hygiene and apply telecom powder . Also take benadryl twice a day . If condition doesn't get improve then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe anti fungal like fluconazole , antiviral like acyclovir along with corticosteroid ointment and anti bacterial like clindamycin .
