Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Red bumps in the throat may be due to acute viral pharygitis or hand foot mouth disease or yeast infection or infectious mononucleosis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water.Use tablet sinarest twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
