What Causes Red Bumps On Abdomen?

I have red bumps on my abdomen and have been there for about a week and are spreading to my rat side. They do not itch or hurt. They are not clustered either. They are spaced out. I have not been out side to be in contact with anything. Just not sure what they are, getting worried because they are spreading. Looking red and angry looking and not getting better. I have been putting alcohol on them.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

As per your description, these ed bumps could be allergic or herpes or shingles etc but they must be inspected before coming to any certain conclusion.

It can also be due to allergic rash or heat rash due to alcohol ingestion but I would not think this possibility at right now.

You must take antibiotics (cephalosporins preferred) with antihistamines and anti-inflammatory to get rid off that.

You wash them with savlon and water.

Only 3 days course of antibiotics Would be sufficient.

Consult dermatologist for further advise.

Thanks
