What Causes Red Bumps On Arms, Breast, Under Skin And Hip?

I have had small red bumps on my arm for over 6 months. The bumps don t really itch but the feel like small needles pricking me. They have moved around from arm to arm. Breast to breast both on top and under. Hip to hip never on my legs or feet. They start under the skin. Sometimes cause twitching in My arm and tingling. Like I m being bit by red ants. Once raised they hurt and sometimes get pin like holes. I have been given anti biotic screams etc. nothing seems to work The only time they itch is when they begin to heal. Always new ones appear
